Vehicles for personal use newly registered, which have never been registered anywhere before, but are registered for the first time under the Motor Vehicle Act or the Land Transport Act, and have paid the tax. This applies only to the following cases: new vehicles manufactured domestically or imported from abroad for sale; new vehicles acquired from Customs Department auctions that have never been registered anywhere before; and new vehicles imported from abroad that are not for sale.
