Personal passenger cars with a capacity of no more than 7 seats that are newly registered. These are vehicles that have never been registered anywhere before but are being registered for the first time under the Motor Vehicle Act or the Land Transport Act, and the tax has been paid. This applies only to the following cases: New vehicles manufactured domestically or imported for sale; New vehicles acquired from Customs Department auctions that have never been registered anywhere before; New vehicles imported from abroad that are not for sale.
