Water demand of the population in Phetchaburi Province, calculated based on water demand criteria and standards from the Comprehensive Urban Plan B.E. 2549 (2006) by the Department of Public Works and Town Planning as follows: 1. Water consumption rate for the population in the Phetchaburi Municipal Area is 300 liters/person/day. 2. Water consumption rate for the population in municipal town areas is 250 liters/person/day. 3. Water consumption rate for the population in sub-district municipal areas is 200 liters/person/day. 4. Water consumption rate for the population in sub-district administrative organization areas is 150 liters/person/day.
