The Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities B.E. 2007 and the Amendment (No. 2) B.E. 2013 stipulates that persons with disabilities have the right to receive public accessibility facilities, as well as welfare and other assistance from the state, to restore their capacities and develop their full potential.
