Registered persons with disabilities

The Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities B.E. 2550 (1997) and the Amendment (No. 2) B.E. 2556 (2013) stipulates that persons with disabilities have the right to receive public accessibility facilities, as well as welfare and other assistance from the state, for rehabilitation and self-development to their full potential, enabling them to adapt to society with value and happiness.
