40 trained Volunteer Tourists and Sports personnel for Trat Province under the "Coordination among Agencies to Resolve Tourist Issues" project for the fiscal year 2023 (B.E. 2566). Activity: Capacity Building for Volunteer Tourists and Sports Personnel in Trat Province to enhance national tourism safety. Sub-activity 1: Training for Volunteer Tourists and Sports Personnel, August 23-24, 2023, at Ban Pu Resort, Nong Kham Throng Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trat Province. - To develop tourism personnel from both government and private sectors, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of tourist safety issues and guidelines for inter-agency cooperation in assisting tourists with diverse and complex problems requiring integrated action, such as accidents (land, water, air), impacts of tourism measures, terrorism, and other issues aligned with new tourism trends. - To promote and expand the cooperation network between the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and tourism sector partners to integrate assistance efforts through effective coordination channels. Sub-activity 2: Development of Volunteer Tourist and Sports Personnel Uniforms, September 25, 2023, at the Trat Province Tourism and Sports Office, Wang Krachan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trat Province. The Ministry of Tourism and Sports issued an announcement on the Volunteer Tourist and Sports Personnel Uniforms (Operational Set) B.E. 2023, dated May 31, 2023, specifying the Volunteer Tourist and Sports Personnel uniforms.
