Occupancy Rate (OCC) is the percentage of actual used space or units compared to the total number of available units. The calculation formula is (Number of occupied units / Total number of units) x 100%. This metric is used to evaluate the efficiency of asset utilization and popularity, such as hotel rooms, apartments, or office spaces.
