Poverty Headcount Ratio (or Headcount Index) is an indicator of poverty incidence (Poverty Incidence), commonly used. Sometimes referred to as the percentage of the population with income or expenditure below the poverty line. *Presentation of data at the sub-district level was discontinued from 2019.
