Waste management in many areas still relies on open dumping, open burning, or disposal in unregulated landfills, causing continuous environmental pollution problems, including smoke, foul odors disturbing communities, and the risk of leachate seeping into natural water sources. Therefore, the province is accelerating the promotion of waste management clusters to integrate this waste group into proper disposal systems.
