Population in Nakhon Sawan province without Smart Cards

Individuals holding lifetime cards and non-multi-purpose smart national ID cards can submit an application to change their card to the official at the District Office, District Office, Municipal Office, or Pattaya City Hall that provides national ID card services via computer system, in accordance with the Department of Provincial Administration regulations on the preparation of national ID cards B.E. 2554 and additional amendments, Section 59, Paragraph 2, without current fees for national ID card preparation. The applicant must submit a card application to the official because the card preparation process requires fingerprint scanning and photographing. In cases where the applicant is a bedridden patient, elderly person, or severely disabled person unable to move, the Department of Provincial Administration has established a channel for mobile unit services to facilitate such individuals at their residence or place of treatment as follows: 1. In Bangkok, submit an application to request services from the District Office or the National ID Card Section, Department of Provincial Administration. 2. In other provinces, submit an application to request services from the District Office, Municipal Office, or Pattaya City Hall. Relatives or caregivers of such individuals may express the desire to request national ID card preparation services outside the location through the aforementioned channels.
