Revolving Fund for Loans to Farmers and the Poor

Agriculture and Cooperatives Fund (ACF) is a revolving fund that serves as a vital hope for farmers and the poor to borrow money for conserving agricultural land or residential land. It is managed efficiently with the objective of assisting farmers and the poor who face debt problems due to using land titles (Chanote (Nor Sor 4 Jor), Nor Sor 3, Nor Sor 3 Kor, and Nor Sor 3 G) as collateral. The fund aims to help them pay off debts, redeem or withdraw land, or repurchase land to rent agricultural land under the Agricultural Land Lease Act, and for occupational purposes (original borrowers). This provides an opportunity for farmers and the poor to conserve their agricultural and residential land from being lost to others or creditors, enabling them to use it for family residence, generate income, and continue farming.
