The survey was conducted among foreign tourists visiting Thailand in key tourist provinces and at various immigration checkpoints from January to September 2557. Foreign tourists were generally satisfied with shopping, and satisfied in all sub-areas, namely: adequacy of the number of shops, location, variety of goods, value for money, variety of local goods/number of goods, service, quality of goods, honesty, and communication/language (out of 5).
