Provision of opinions regarding environmental impact assessment, including: responding to inquiries regarding project types and sizes; complaints regarding implementation of measures specified in the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA Report) or the Environmental Impact Prevention and Mitigation Report and Monitoring Report (Monitor Report); complaints regarding authorization to prepare EIA reports; and providing opinions to the Office of the Prime Minister and the Parliament (OPM) on matters related to EIA, among others.
