Data on food poisoning/diarrhea outbreak incidents, including year, month, location, province, district, sub-district, total number of patients, and number of deaths. An outbreak incident is defined as: finding 20 or more suspected food poisoning or diarrhea patients, or any suspected patient dying, or finding 2 or more patients with a history of consuming poisonous animals or plants (excluding poisonous mushrooms).
