Bo Phra Pet Lake is located at geographical coordinates between 15 degrees 40 minutes and 15 degrees 45 minutes North latitude, and 100 degrees 10 minutes and 100 degrees 23 minutes East longitude. It is located within the administrative area of Nakhon Sawan Province, covering a total of 3 districts: Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Chum Saeng District, and Tha Tako District. All three districts share the central area of Bo Phra Pet Lake, with the following boundaries: North: Parallel to the Pla Kod Canal in Chum Saeng District, within the area of Thap Kritch Subdistrict, along the Thap Kritch – Tha Tako road. The lake area is divided, with this section having a very steep slope and the highest number of residents encroaching on the land. East: From the mouth of the Pla Kod Canal to Ban Laem Chan in Chum Saeng District, passing through Ban Khlong Bon, Ban Krathum Chao, and Ban Pak Nam Nuea in Tha Tako District, including the Khao Phanom Set area. South: Located in Tha Tako District and Mueang District, parallel to the Nakhon Sawan – Tha Tako road. West: Located in Khwae Yai Subdistrict, Krieng Krai Subdistrict in Mueang District, and Thap Kritch Subdistrict in Chum Saeng District, using the railway line as the boundary from Nakhon Sawan Railway Station (formerly Nong Pling Station) to Khlong Pla Kod Station.
