Elderly Receiving Elderly Allowance

Number of elderly people receiving the elderly pension, defined as individuals aged 60 and above who receive financial assistance to help cover monthly living expenses. The elderly pension is paid on a stepped basis according to age: - Ages 60–69: 600 baht per month - Ages 70–79: 700 baht per month - Ages 80–89: 800 baht per month - Ages 90 and above: 1,000 baht per month Data is collected from three sources: 1. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (August 2023) 2. Pattaya City (26 July 2023) 3. Department of Local Administration (1 October 2021 – 30 September 2022).
