Aging Index from Registration

The Aging Index is a measure comparing the replacement structure of the elderly population (aged 60 and above) with the child population (under 15 years). It is calculated as the number of people aged 60 and above per 100 people under 15 years (Thai citizens registered in the household register as of 31 December).
