Employed Persons in Buriram Province

Employed persons refer to individuals aged 15 and over who, during the survey week, had at least one of the following characteristics: 1. Worked for at least 1 hour and received wages, salary, profit, dividends, or other compensation in cash or kind for work performed. 2. Did not work or worked less than 1 hour but had at least one of the following characteristics (considered as having a regular job): 2.1 Still received wages, salary, other benefits, or profit from work or business during the period of not working. 2.2 Did not receive wages, salary, other benefits, or profit from work or business during the period of not working, but still had a job or business to return to. 3. Worked for at least 1 hour without receiving wages in a family business or agricultural farm owned by the household head or a household member.
