Basic Vaccine Service Quantity by Type per Service Unit, Fiscal Year 2565

1. Data sources from 43 EPI files in OPPP indiv and the BPPDS program of BMA. 2. Use field VCCTYPE. 3. Basic vaccines consist of vaccines according to specified codes. 4. Count individuals using unique CID to remove duplicates. For vaccine doses, count by the number of vaccines administered per type. For vaccines administered on the same day, check date_serv. If the same CID appears for multiple vaccines on the same day, remove duplicates first, then sort by VCCPLACE. If VCCPLACE is missing, fill in the data. 5. For same-day data submissions, count by date_serv. For duplicate CIDs, count by date sent. (If date_serv and date sent are identical, use randomization). 6. Present cumulative monthly data by date_serv according to QOF year and fiscal year. 7. Include both passed and failed records in data quality assessment. 8. Summarize total counts of individuals by province, district, and country, counting unique PIDs.
