Number of individuals failing basic data requirements

Household Quality of Life Test (QCH). QCH stands for 'Basic Essential Data'. Data is collected by community leaders, volunteers from the Sub-district Administrative Organization (SAO) and Local Administrative Organization (LAO) committees. The objective is to enable citizens to develop their own and their families' quality of life to meet basic essential standards. It includes: 1. Households managing their homes in an orderly, clean, and hygienic manner. 2. Households consuming hygienic, safe, and standard-compliant food. 3. Number of households appropriately using medication for basic illness treatment and relief. 4. Households meeting health standards. 5. Number of people aged 6 and above exercising at least 3 days a week, 30 minutes per day. 6. Newborns weighing 2,500 grams or more. 7. Population aged 3-5 years receiving pre-school preparation services. 8. Children aged 6-14 years receiving 9 years of compulsory education. 9. Students who completed Mathayom 3 continuing to Mathayom 4 or equivalent. 10. People aged 15-59 years able to read and write Thai and perform basic arithmetic. 11. Households meeting education standards. 12. Households having sufficient clean water for drinking and consumption throughout the year, at least 5 liters per person per day. 13. Households having sufficient water use throughout the year, at least 45 liters per person per day. 14. Households with stable housing and durable structures. 15. People aged 15-59 years: occupation and income. 16. People aged 60 and above: occupation or income. 17. Households meeting income standards. 18. Households meeting public service standards. 19. Households receiving assistance in the quality of life dimension.
