'Intelligence quotient' refers to the brain's capacity for thinking, reasoning, calculation, and connection, representing innate brain potential that can be measured as a specific numerical ratio. Measurement tools primarily assess brain skills and processes, such as thinking, memory, and data management. 'IQ at or above the standard threshold' refers to a value indicating overall brain capability, derived from using intelligence measurement tools to approximate true potential as closely as possible, with a modern international standard mean of 100.
