Subdistrict Community Training Centers

Village Learning Center (VLC) is an example of Buddhist propagation units at the sub-district level of the Thai Sangha, under the supervision of the Supreme Sangha Council. Established for the first time in 1975 (B.E. 2518), utilizing locations that are temples under the jurisdiction of sub-district ecclesiastical administrators or temples ready for Buddhist propagation in those sub-districts.
