Medical facilities with overnight patient wards

Number of places, including vehicles, equipped with beds for patients to stay overnight, which are arranged for practicing medicine according to the law on the control of the practice of medicine, or arranged for other business operations involving surgery, injections, or other medical procedures. This applies to regular operations regardless of whether remuneration is received, and constitutes medical facilities licensed and operated under the Medical Facility Act B.E. 2541 and Polyclinic Medical Facilities. This excludes medical facilities exempted by announcement of the Ministry of Public Health under the Medical Facility Act B.E. 2541.
