Fishermen
"Fisherman" means a person who searches for, lures, catches, or collects aquatic animals, or performs any act aimed at luring, catching, or collecting aquatic animals in fishing grounds, in the capacity of a commercial fisherman, a local fisherman, or a freshwater fisherman, whether using a fishing vessel or not, whether operating independently, operating jointly by dividing tasks, or as an employee holding a fisherman's identity card, valid for six years from the date of issuance.
