Registration of aquatic animal breeding operators (Form Tor Bor 1) and fisheries operators (Form Tor Bor 2). "Aquatic animal breeding" means breeding aquatic animals by natural, artificial, or other methods, at any stage of the aquatic animal life cycle, excluding breeding for sports, recreation, or other purposes inconsistent with aquatic animal breeding. Application forms for registration of aquatic animal breeding farmers consist of 2 forms: 1. Aquatic Animal Breeding Form (Tor Bor 1), comprising: "Aquatic animal breeding farmer" means a natural or legal person engaged in aquatic animal breeding, excluding breeding for sports, recreation, or other purposes inconsistent with aquatic animal breeding. 1.1 Hatchery/Nursery; 1.2 Aquaculture Farm. 2.
