It covers an area of approximately 132,737 rai or 212.3792 square kilometers, within the administrative jurisdiction of Nakhon Sawan Province, spanning 3 districts: Mueang Nakhon Sawan, Chum Saeng, and Tha Tako. These three districts share the central area of Bueng Boraphet with the following boundaries: North: Parallel to Plakad Noi Canal in Chum Saeng District, Tambon Thap Kru, with the Thap Kru-Tha Tako road dividing part of Bueng Boraphet; this area is densely vegetated and has the most severe encroachment. East: From the mouth of Plakad Noi Canal to Ban Laem Chan in Chum Saeng District, passing Ban Khlong Bon, Ban Khatum Chao, Ban Pak Ngam Nuea in Tha Tako District, including Khao Phanom Set area. South: In Tha Tako and Mueang Districts, parallel to the Nakhon Sawan-Tha Tako road. West: In Tambon Khwa Yai, Tambon Kriang Kai (Mueang District), and Tambon Thap Kru (Chum Saeng District), using the railway line as the boundary from Nakhon Sawan Railway Station (former Nong Pling Station) to Khlong Plakad Station.
