Section 39 Insured Persons

Social security is insurance with the government by paying insurance premiums, referred to here as contributions, to the Social Security Fund on a monthly basis, deducted at 5% from the monthly salary, to receive protection in cases of unemployment, accident/illness, childbirth, disability, death, child allowance, or old age.
