Establishments similar to service establishments

Establishments providing services similar to those defined under National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) Order No. 22/2015. Establishments that resemble service establishments in all aspects, differing only in components not covered by the current Service Establishment Act, are defined according to the Office of the Council of State's record regarding 'Establishments providing services similar to service establishments under NCPO Order No. 22/2015 dated 22 July 2015' (Case No. 92/2017). This refers to establishments not subject to the Service Establishment Act B.E. 2509, but if their services affect public order, morality, or good customs, and it is necessary to control such services in a manner similar to service establishments to prevent inappropriate youth behavior, their services are considered similar to service establishments regardless of whether they have a fixed location as required by the Service Establishment Act B.E. 2509.
