Disabled persons receiving disability benefits
Ministerial Regulation on the Criteria for Payment of Disability Allowance to Persons with Disabilities by Local Administrative Organizations (No. 2), B.E. 2559. It requires persons with disabilities who hold a disability identification card under the Law on the Promotion and Protection of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities to register and submit an application for disability allowance themselves to the local administrative organization where they have their permanent residence, at the organization's office or a designated location, and they are entitled to receive the disability allowance in the following month.
