Value of production of safe agricultural and food products (broiler chicken), based on data from the number of broiler chickens from all GAP-certified farms. Production is estimated at 4 cycles per year. The production volume is then multiplied by the average live weight of 2.5 kg per bird, and then multiplied by the estimated farm-gate purchase price for each year.
