Mental Health Awareness Media Production Activities

People refers to all age groups (early childhood, school-age/adolescent, early working age, working age, and elderly) residing in Health Region 3 and those participating in activities/projects operated by Mental Health Center 3. Mental health literacy refers to knowledge, beliefs, and understanding of self-care to maintain good mental health, relating to internal factors (such as thoughts and emotions) and external factors (such as lifestyle, occupation, and broader social context). It involves using skills to search for information from various sources, analyze it to gain understanding, and apply it to decision-making so that individuals can (1) face problems or situations, or (2) receive treatment services to enable them to live and function in society (Chawanon Thanasukajan, 2022).
