Hidden population

Latent population refers to people who have come to reside, registered their residence, or come to work in a province without transferring their house registration. It consists of two types: Daytime latent population (Commuter Population), divided into: - Daytime latent population coming to work: Persons aged 15 and above who come to work in a province where they do not reside. - Daytime latent population coming to study: Persons aged 15 and above who come to study in a province where they do not reside. Nighttime latent population (Non-registered Population): Persons who reside permanently in a province but are not registered in the house registration of that province. They may be registered in another province, abroad, or not registered anywhere.
