Number of Fines under the Public Health Act, Section 20, Year 2564

Number of fines imposed on offenders violating Section 20 of the Cleanliness and Orderliness of the City Act B.E. 2535. Section 20 prohibits: (1) cooking, selling, or distributing goods on streets or in public places; (2) using vehicles or wheeled carts as cooking stations for sale or distribution on streets or in public places; (3) selling or distributing goods loaded on vehicles, motorcycles, or wheeled carts on streets or in public places. The first paragraph does not apply to cooking or selling goods as per (1) or (2) on pedestrian streets or in areas declared by local officials or officers to be permissible during specified days and times with the approval of the traffic official.
