Number of persons violating the Cleanliness and Orderliness Act B.E. 2535, Section 20 (Section 20 prohibits: (1) preparing food, selling or offering goods on roads or in public places; (2) using cars or vehicles as food stalls for sale or offering to the public on roads or in public places; (3) selling or offering goods loaded on cars, motorcycles, or vehicles on roads or in public places. The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply to food preparation or sales under (1) or (2) on pedestrian streets or in areas declared by local officials or traffic officers to be permitted during specified days and times with the approval of the traffic official).
