Number of persons who violated the Cleanliness and Orderliness of the City Act B.E. 2535, Section 20 (Section 20 prohibits anyone from (1) preparing food, selling or offering goods on the street or in public places (2) using a car or wheeled vehicle as a place to prepare food for sale or offering to the public on the street or in public places (3) selling or offering goods loaded on a car, motorcycle or wheeled vehicle on the street or in public places. The provisions of the first paragraph shall not apply to the preparation of food or sale of goods under (1) or (2) on pedestrian streets or in areas where local officials or officials have announced exemptions during the day, at times specified with the approval of the traffic official)
