Spot Rate and Swap Point: Spot Rate refers to the buying and selling rate of foreign currency in the spot market with a delivery period of 2 business days after the transaction is agreed upon. Swap Point refers to the difference between the spot rate and the forward rate for tenors of 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
