Visitation Activities for Centenarians

Visitation and gift-giving activities for elderly persons aged 100 years and above, held regularly during the New Year and Songkran festivals to provide encouragement and to preserve Thai cultural traditions. Elderly persons over 100 years old are considered important role models for Kamphaeng Phet Province and the local area. The presence of many such individuals in the area demonstrates the potential for local administration in terms of health and self-care among the elderly, serving as a good example of living standards worthy of recognition by the general public.
