Use of Services by Insured Persons under Section 33 and Section 39

- Insured persons under Section 33 refer to those who have registered for social security and/or paid contributions, thereby acquiring the right to receive compensation benefits under the Social Security Act. - Insured persons under Section 39 refer to those who were previously insured under Section 33, but whose status as insured persons ended under Section 38(2) (i.e., loss of employee status), and who have declared their intention to become insured persons. - Insured persons under Section 40 refer to those who are not insured under Sections 33 and 39 and wish to apply to become insured persons under the Social Security Act B.E. 2533. Note: 1. For the year 2561 BE, in the case of disability, it refers to new disabled persons, counted by the number of persons approved in that year. 2. For the years 2562-2565 BE, in the case of disability, it refers to the number of disability compensation benefit payments in each month.
