- Insured under Section 33 refers to persons who have registered for social security and/or paid contributions that entitle them to receive compensation benefits under the Social Security Act. - Insured under Section 39 refers to persons who were previously insured under Section 33, but subsequently lost their insured status under Section 38(2), i.e., ceased to be employees, and declared their intention to become insured under the Social Security Act B.E. 2533. - Insured under Section 40 refers to persons who are not insured under Section 33 or Section 39, and wish to apply to become insured under the Social Security Act B.E. 2533. Note: 1. In 2018, the case of disability refers to new disabled persons, counted by the number of persons approved in that year. 2. In 2019-2022, the case of disability refers to the number of times disability compensation benefits were paid each month.
