Universal Health Coverage refers to the health insurance card issued by the government to Thai citizens registered for Universal Health Coverage, serving as proof for receiving public health services from hospitals, health centers, and other medical facilities when necessary. Citizens must comply with the specified regulations to use this benefit. Those eligible for the Universal Health Coverage card are all Thai citizens with a 13-digit national ID number who do not have any other state-provided insurance benefits, except for: 1. Those with rights under the Social Security Act. 2. Those with other state-provided rights, such as civil servants, state enterprise employees, and their families.
