Number of offenders under Section 20 of the Cleanliness and Orderliness Act B.E. 2535 (Section 20 prohibits: (1) preparing food, selling, or offering goods on streets or in public places; (2) using cars or wheeled vehicles as food stalls for sale or offering to the public on streets or in public places; (3) selling or offering goods transported by cars, motorcycles, or wheeled vehicles on streets or in public places. The provisions of the first paragraph do not apply to food preparation or sales under (1) or (2) on pedestrian streets or in areas where local officials or authorized officers have announced exemptions during specified daytime hours with the approval of the traffic official.)
