Unemployed refers to individuals aged 15 and above who, during the survey week, had one of the following characteristics: 1. Not working and without a regular job, but seeking work, applying for jobs, or waiting to be hired within the 30 days prior to the interview; or 2. Not working and without a regular job, not seeking work within the 30 days prior to the interview, but available to work during the survey week.
