Causes of illness among outpatients: The top 10 most common causes are usually groups of diseases frequently encountered in daily life that do not require hospitalization. Data from the National Health Security Office (NHSO) shows common diseases include hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, colds and influenza, gastritis and enteritis, chronic kidney disease, allergies, body aches, dental caries, and skin diseases. Additionally, there are mental health-related diseases such as depression and anxiety, which are also common among outpatients.
