Establishment: Refers to a place or part of a place used for conducting economic activities and located at a fixed site, whether the activities are conducted by an individual owner or controlled by a legal entity. - The counting of establishments is considered as follows: 1) If an establishment conducts more than one type of economic activity at the same location, such as wholesale and retail of finished garments, operated at the same location, and the operations of each type have separate accounting systems allowing the number of employees to be clearly separated, each type of business is counted as a separate establishment.
