Number of people not in the labor force
Persons not in the labor force refer to individuals who do not meet the definition of persons in the labor force during the survey week, including: 1. Persons under 15 years old during the survey week; 2. Persons aged 15 and above who are not working and not available for work because they are houseworkers, students, too young (under 18), or too old (over 60); unable to work due to physical or mental disability or chronic illness; not seeking work; working without pay, profit share, or other compensation for non-household members; working for charitable organizations without pay, profit share, or other compensation; or not available for work for other reasons.
