Statistics on enforcement of drug-related penalties, referring to the collection of statistics on enforcement of drug-related penalties through actions under Section 21 of the Drug Act B.E. 2550. The Act empowers the Public Prosecutor to request the court to issue an enforcement order to appoint an enforcement officer of the Department of Enforcement to seize or attach the property of the convicted person to pay the fine, in cases where the court imposes a fine and orders the application of the Civil Procedure Code by analogy. The Anti-Money Laundering Office is empowered to inspect the property and is deemed a creditor according to the judgment.
