Staff Satisfaction with Government Agencies

Saraburi Province intends to conduct a survey of satisfaction among state officials working in Saraburi Province to create a plan for building loyalty and intimacy with Saraburi Province and to use it as a guideline for improving and developing public service administration, as well as as a tool for human resource management, to ensure officials have intimacy and motivation in their work, resulting in efficient government agency operations that achieve set targets. In this regard, Saraburi Province has assigned the Saraburi Provincial Statistical Office to conduct the survey and summarize the results of the study on the satisfaction of officials towards government agencies in Saraburi Province, to be used as a basis for evaluating the performance of the Provincial Quality Management Award (PMQA) development. Administrators can use this information as a guideline for planning and developing human resources to align with officials' needs and satisfaction, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
