Number of elderly persons receiving the elderly pension. The pension is for individuals aged 60 and above to help alleviate living expenses. Payments are tiered by age: Ages 60-69 receive 600 baht/month; Ages 70-79 receive 700 baht/month; Ages 80-89 receive 800 baht/month; Ages 90 and above receive 1,000 baht/month. Data was collected from three sources: 1. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (August 2023); 2. Pattaya City (July 26, 2023); 3. Department of Local Administration (October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022).
