White Villages/Communities Free from Drug Abuse

Definition of White Village/Community Free from Drugs: 1. A village/community that has conducted re-screening (Re X-ray) of individuals related to drugs (drug dealers, users/addicts) and found no such individuals; or 2. A village/community that has conducted re-screening (Re X-ray) of individuals related to drugs (drug dealers, users/addicts) and found drug dealers, users/addicts, or both, with defined operational targets to successfully apprehend all drug dealers and refer all users/addicts for appropriate treatment under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Health, and has been evaluated by the Evaluation and Monitoring Committee for the White Village/Community Free from Drugs Project at the district level.
