Persons with disabilities receiving disability welfare benefits

"Person with disability" means a person who has limitations in performing daily activities or participating in society due to impairments in vision, hearing, mobility, communication, mental health, behavior, intellect, learning, or other impairments, combined with various barriers, and requires special assistance in one or more areas to perform daily activities or participate in society like other people. This is according to the types and principles specified by the Minister of Social Development and Human Security.
